60 Holborn Viaduct, London

Situated within a historical and major working hub in London, Sixty London is a signature multi-awarded commercial development of 312,000 sq.ft. area that brings wider regeneraton to Holborn Viaduct. The building responds to the surrounding urban environment with its simple and organic form that softens the mass of development. Sixty London is set out over 11 levels and is notable for its striking facade and twisting fins. In 2013 Amazon set up their head office within the building. GIA Equation were appointed to carry out the lighting design for all public areas of the building and exterior façade lighting. The building has been recognised for its energy efficiency and achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
