Park House, London

A new build mixed-use development located on the south side of Oxford Street and occupying an entire city block. The project consists of 15,000 sq. m of office space, 8,000 sq. m of retail and 5,500 sq. m of residential. It is envisaged that the project will provide a catalyst for the regeneration of the western end of Oxford Street. Our scope of work comprised all principal front of house areas both internally and externally including apartments, reception and all communal areas. The project was completed in November 2012.
